General terms of July 1st, 2005

• All our prices include taxes (VAT), chauffeur's salary, transported passenger unlimited insurance, fuel and tolls in the case of a predefined route or unclear predefined at disposal service.

• Extraordinary tolls and parking fees as well as phone calls and chauffeurs’ financial outlays remain at customer's charge. Any damage caused by the client to our vehicles which incurs costs, will be charged.

• Charges start when the car leaves the garage and finish when the car returns to the garage except specific quotations. Additional chauffeur waiting time will be billed according to our rates.

• For any order equal to or exceeding 750 euros , a down payment of 30% will be requested.

• All services must be paid in full at their completion. Bills are to be paid without delay. Our business customers can pay by instalment.

• Cancellation of a reservation (without any charge), shall be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled beginning of the service. For a cancellation within 48 hours prior to the scheduled start, 30% will be charged.

• If no cancellation prior to departure or if the client is not at the appointment, a cancellation fee will be fully charged according to our rates.

• The company accepts no responsibilities for any delays however caused by the client. Neither can responsibility be accepted for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the car regardless of the cause.

• Any claims shall be made within 8 days after the end of the service by registered mail. In case of litigation, the Trade Court of Versailles shall have exclusive Jurisdiction.
